Like the title says. 4x4 5 speed with 203k miles. Runs awesome! All new front brakes, good tires, new exhaust, new spark plugs, fresh oil change, new air filter. No rust, frame is good and rust free. The bad.... Was hit on the side. The title is still clean. It runs great and truly is a great truck. Don't need to sell, just tossing around the idea. I am looking for 4500 or best offer. Text me or reply on here with any question.

Is the front bumper dented as well? Or is that just the lighting?

In your professional opinion what is the estimate then? Because it looks like over $7,000 to me.

Of course it is. It's not structural, it's sheet metal.

An entire new door from Toyota, along with an access door repair on my '13 was under $1500 by a quality shop. This would have more hours, but less material. We can't really tell the rest of the paint condition, but I suspect 'matching' would be off the table. A $300 Econo paint job would get it done, so I'd expect it to be well south of total-ville. (Unless there's significant un-shown damage).

A good dolly or patch panel man could make that very presentable w/o excessive effort. I'd use it as my work piece and enroll in a local body shop class at the Vo Tech. Get it straight enough that some mild filler would let a DIY Monstaliner finish would work really nicely.

Not saying his asking price correctly reflects even the simple repairs/refinish I suggest, especially considering the mileage. But it's not totally out in left field either. Depends on if you view it as a flipper or keeper.

It is a 200k plus truck. It's safe to classify it as a woods mule now.

I don't expect asking price nor do I think I have some perfect truck cause it for sure has some "character". But the dang thing runs perfect. No mechanical issues whatsoever. Maybe that's just typical of Tacomas, but I'm used to having new cars and this thing doesn't feel like it has nearly the miles. Quite honestly, if it never sells, I won't be too upset ;)

Honestly that seems like a really fair price. I would pick that up if I were in the market. Good luck with the sale.

Fair enough. I'm just referring to the couple times I had very slight cosmetic body damage repaired on my Subaru. I'm sure the shop was inflating their repair costs since they were working with insurance money but to put it simply the bill I saw was astronomical. I suspect you'd still be looking at around $1,000 being as frugal as possible. I was more taking a jab at OP. I also suspect the car was indeed totaled.

This is EXACTLY what I want for a trail rig. Too bad I won't be in the market for one for about a year.
