Can someone tell me where cylinder 4 is and how to test ignition coil with no tools?

I'm thinking number 4 should be where I'm pointing. Please advise. Thank you!

Yep it’s under there. You’ll want to undo those two clamps on the intake and the bolts under the resonator on the left to get that part of the intake out.

If you’re suspicious of a coil, you can swap it with a good one I guess and see if it improves.

A multi-meter can be used to test resistance on an ignition coil. I'd say it's worth $20-30 to get a multi-meter (as they have loads of other uses).
