So I’m adding 2 inch rear blocks in the rear of a 02 Tacoma. What extra parts would I need? I did search and seems like a extended rear brake line and bracket for the proportioning valve, and shocks. What about parking cable? Some say cut it out, I do have a automatic, and some say put cable under leaf’s. Oh and probably extended bump stops also. I plan on leaf’s later but I’m still building and will be adding weight so don’t want to waste money till I can get the correct leaf springs. Thanks for any help.

Just don't get the blocks. Get a 1" AAL and a 1" lift shackle and call it a day. You'll be much better off.

I would but I have the blocks already, so figured use them and get the parts I need to lift it, then I can get my leaf spring pack when I finish the build

well then, all I can suggest is not to cut your parking brake line. even if you're an automatic and put it in park, the cable adjusts the rear brake shoes. so you don't want to cannibalize your truck like that. Also, you need new u bolts if you don't have them already. Highly recommend to not fully torque them down on your first go. you need to get everything back together and check your drive line angles and take it for a test drive. lifting a truck later in it's life tends to introduce a drive line vibration that will be a huge pain in the ass to deal with. But if you have one, you'll need to insert degree shims, which means you'll need to back off the u bolts- which are single use only. By not taking things to full torque, you can reuse them.

….and when you are ready for the torque wrench don’t torque leaf springs in the air. Most suspension components want to be torqued with the vehicle on the ground, resting at ride height.
