Hey, sorry if this is posted elsewhere I did try looking couldn't find anything.

I've been trying to dial in the Camburg LT suspension on a beater truck(05 DCSB 4.0 4x4) I picked up a little while back, but keep struggling. Previous owner didn't know anything about the suspension so that's kind of a dead end. This is my first experience with LT, so I'm learning as I go. One of the guys at camburg said it looks like one of their really old +1 LT kits, that somebody modified (lower ball joint was replaced with a uniball assembly). I didn't even know +1 kits existed. I posted more about the problems in General Tacoma talk before I realized this subsection existed.

    Anyway,
I took my axle out today to reboot it and got a measurement, roughly just over 31" end to end(no idea how long the actual shaft is since I can't measure past the CV cage)

Only info I have on the shaft is that it's custom from a company called CTM? That's what was stamped on the end of the shaft but that's all.

Anyone off the top of their head know the what the usual numbers are for the +2 CVs?

Thanks in advance and sorry if this info is posted elsewhere!

I believe I have some factory shafts in my shed. I can take measurements tomorrow morning after work if no one else chimes in

I've seen a few forum posts saying the factory length cv end to cv end vary between 27-29" compressed and expanded. I definitely have extended shafts. Just trying to figure out to what extent haha.

Should save you a trip out to the shed though, thanks! Haha

Using your photo, these are the measurements I got on my +2 axles
    Red Measurement: 28" - 29 1/2" Compressed/Extended

Well shit. Either I measured wrong or my axles are way too long lmfao. I need to go out and check again tomorrow. Thanks for going out and getting those measurements for me!
