1UR-FSE 4.6 Swap Drift/Drag 5 lug Running on Fueltech FT550

Here it is, from December of 2021 to October of 2022 I pulled out the 2TR and swapped in the 1UR-FSE out of a 2009 Lexus LS460 that I bought off of eBay for $800. Over the winter myself and my buddy cleaned up the swap, finished the exhaust, and four linked the rear end. In April of 2023 it was taken to the dyno for a tune, and has been ripping ever since.

How she sits today.



List of big things with the swap:

Running on a Fueltech FT550
Complete custom engine harness
Dyno clip shows 325 hp/320tq final numbers ended up being 336hp/325tq
Currently does not run any of the VVTI (no where near enough I/O on the ECU)
Long tube Tundra headers off of ebay with 3 in stainless into an x pipe and out both sides
ABS has been deleted with custom NiCo brake lines
SOS performance rear disc conversion with one off dual caliper bracket for handbrake
XAT Racing CD009 adapter kit
Autosports engineering Front mount CD009 shifter kit
Custom one piece driveshaft
Ridetech triangulated four link kit
Viking coil overs all the way around - this includes Strictly Street front coil over kit
Volvo electric power steering pump with factory rack
Wheels are Avid AV06 for the white ones, and Aodhan DS05 for the chrome 5 spokes

On the 2tr? No, I had messaged you a long time ago about it, things never lined up for the turbo. I still have the 2tr and r155 that I might throw into a 1st gen and turbo for a dedicated drag build in the future.

 

Apologies. I was thinking of another member with a similar looking truck. I'll be watching and waiting for the upcoming developments.
