1st gen tundra shell fit Tacoma?

Hey all,

I found an awesome first gen tundra camper shell that's on an access cab. Trying to determine if it would fit my first gen Tacoma, but can't find the dimensions yet.

Has anyone tried a tundra shell before? Any luck, or is it a no go?

Really tempted as it's color matched and has a raised roof, but may just be jumping the gun.

 

Yeah, I'm going to see if they'll measure and see. Finally found a page with comparisons and it's the width that will likely not work.

Comes down to how you define fit.

It would look funny you would need to build a rack to sit it on your Truck

They don't even fit from a 3rd gen Tacoma.

Tundra is a full sized pickup...

MAYBE a topper from a 1st gen Tundra might come close to fitting a 3rd gen Tacoma, but it's probably not going to look right anyway.

Just stick with in-kind...
