If you ever decide to purchase the decal for access to our OHV areas. Then you typically need a license for the specific area. Most people don't run them but I had a buddy get a ticket for not having a sticker.

The last fish I caught was a trout the size of my palm. Was fishing for hours and that was it lol

Granted it was a last minute decision to do it with my brother in law and we didnt have equipment so we bought cheap poles and lures from Wally World. Probably didn't help our cause

I finally caught that tiny trout when I put a live worm on the hook instead of the fake lures

If you ever use one of these OHV venues. Otherwise you don't need it.

Theres a science to lures. For example, my stuff works great in the shallow, murky lakes in NC. But when I took my gear to Arkansas and fished in crystal clear lakes that were over 100 feet deep, I didnt catch a thing. Generally the same type of fish between the two places.

nope, just grabbed a lightning trout pic via google.

Can you sit in one place for a few hours? On a boat for half the day without freaking out? I imagine you have no issue with just chilling in one spot for hours on end. I don't really do surf fishing although ASE Master Tech keeps telling me I need to go and try it out again. Not really into Bay fishing either. There is a really good spot up in Richmond I've been to - very low key, not a lot of people know about it. If I did due the surf thing, I'd say Moss Landing or a few other spots along Hwy 1.

I think @Sperrunner just likes bay fishing like @BartMaster1234 (?)

@lucky13don likes to fish as well but I believe he's been bogged down with his move.

For me, its either a lake/reservoir on a boat or plopped down on shore in my chair. Wouldn't mind planning a camping trip east and find a kick ass lake or river to try.

Need to put something on the books.

That moment when you have to draw rifles at 430am so you can go hot at the range at 9am

We called it waking up at zero stupid, cuz even God wasn't awake at that time
