1st gen 5 lug JD fab front install questions

Hey guys. A few years ago I did a front and rear end from JD fab. I only drove it a bit as I was having a ton of issues with the front end after the install. I finally have some time to revisit it and am hoping maybe I attached some stuff incorrectly. I remember the install instructions kinda sucking, and I reached out to JD fab this week but haven't heard back, If anyone is familiar and can point me in the right direction I'd be stoked - I'm wondering if my ball joints are flipped or something

This is how I had it mounted and camber was terrible. To fix camber required would require this much in the way of shims, can't be right
