I have a 1997 Toyota hilux 2.4TD single cab that I shipped over from the UK but the chassis is in really bad condition and can not be saved, is it possible to get a US Spec 4x4 chassis that I can swap it out with? I was told that I can use a 1985-1995 single cab 4x4 Toyota frame? IMG_0578.jpg

    From the picture, it looks to me like it could be saved with some time and halfway decent welding skills.

    2" Lift running on 31.5 x 10.5 Michelins x 15" JDM 2-piece aluminum bead locks Monroe Gas Shocks ARB Front Bumper & Winch
    I believe that the 2 frames are the same, the infamous box frame. Problem is, where can you find one that isn't equally rusted ?
