My mom is thinking about selling her 1990 Reg cab, 4x4, 4 cyl, 5 speed pickup. It has 203k miles, clean title, and runs great. I told her I would post up a couple pictures to gauge interest and get an idea about what she should ask for it. It has quite a few recently replaced parts, for example wheel bearings, brakes, exhaust, radiator, etc. Shes owned the truck since 1996 and is the second owner.

The body is pretty straight other than a dent in the passenger front fender and minor dings here and there. The clear coat is almost gone on the passenger side and some paint is peeling on the front of the hood. It also doesn't have a radio.

The mechanic that does all her service told her it was worth around 5k, but to me that seems a little high. I figured I would ask the Toyota gurus what they think this truck would bring.

In perfect condition they are worth about 5k I would ask like 4300 and be prepared to accept 38-4 for it

Thanks, I was thinking about the same. It's a nice truck and I know she has taken care of it, but thought 5k was on the high side.

    I sold my 92 for $5500 with 241k

If its pretty rust free I'd ask $5000.00 They will always try and get you to come down on the price.
