17” 6 lug Steel Wheels available in the aftermarket world?

I would like to replace my 17” 6 lug alloy wheels with color matches steel wheels and hopefully dog dish hubcaps. I am the original owner of my ‘06 Tacoma PreRunner Sport and would like to give it an old school look like the 1980 Toyota with hub caps back when...I know that I could find 17” 6 lugs off of an FJ and have them powercoated, however looking to have a more solid wheel verse the FJ wheel with all the holes. Quick questions are; can this be done without any issues going from alloy to steel? Are there any aftermarket companies that anyone could suggest? Lastly, can anyone recommend a good aftermarket company that deals with our second generation trucks? Any help would be outstanding....thx in advance. Jerry

Almost....these look very close to the OEM FJ Steels wheels that are available. In a perfect world, I would like these without the slots or holes in the wheel around the lug area. Ideally like the wheels that are available for domestic pickups that Wheels Vintiques offers. I called them some time ago and they do not offer metric applications.....or at least that’s what that guy said....hence the reason that I reached out to this thread to see if you folks had any ideas.....Jerry

It will be hard to find a wheel to take hubcaps and 6 lug. Not a common combo.

 

That’s the look that I am looking for......my quest continues.........

 

Detroit steel wheel company. They have smoothies that come in 18s. Maybe 17s. And plenty of hubcaps to choose from. Paint them however you like.

 

I will call them again this week, however if I recall.......I called them a couple of years ago and they did not do metric patterns. Thanks though for the reply....Jerry

 

What metric pattern are you looking for? 6x5.5 has been around forever and fits the tacoma.
