I had a car in the past that if you moved the fuse for the cigarette lighter over 1 spot, it would be an active plug-in all the time, not just when the vehicle was on..

I want to have a cig outlet be on to charge my phone without having to have the truck turned on. What's the best way to accomplish this? Basically 24/7 power to the outlet under the arm rest would be ideal.

Cut the feed wire and splice to Battery fused source.:burp:

Or add 2 add-a-fuse - one supplying fuse battery power the other substituting the IGN feed.

You must identify which side is the feed, which side is the circuit. On the S/ROOF one, pin one to battery feed (HOT) on the Outlet it goes inverted - pin one to circuit. Fuses only on top slot. Don't get it wrong or :bananadead::bananadead::bananadead::bananadead:
You have to loose the fuse cover, unless you get the MESO taller one with side exit ports.https://mesocustoms.com/collections...ts/extended-fuse-cover?variant=13251745480817
