I’m planning on getting the black rhino roku with positive offset 12. Compare to stock (16 tacoma sr5) will the wheel stick out more or in? I’m planning on getting 285/70/17. Will I get any rubbing on my ucas? I’m afraid positive offset is going to look weird since everyone’s always going negative. Educate me? Pics will be helpful, Thanks!!

+24mm from that would put it almost flush at stock UCA in your fenders and most likely rub on your UCA

But you couldn't use a stock UCA with that anyways.

You'd need at least an upgraded UCA with lift to fit those tires.

I’m running 265/70/17, 17x8 wheel with +5mm offset and it’s pretty well flush. I can get a picture this evening.

Couple crops, to get an idea.

A negative offset will push the wheel outward, positive is inward.

This a good website to compare your current setup with whatever wheels your interested in.

0 offset will sit flush with outer fender. Positive pulls it in toward uca, negative pulls it out. +12 will put you close to uca. Probs would rub. I wouldn’t do a positive offset. Stay 0- -10/-12 for best fit

So I ended up getting a -12 with 285/75/17 wildpeak and I’m rubbing on not even full turn. Like very bad lol. So next step cab mount chop? Wish there was an alternative. Are there? Anyone know a rough estimate that will cost me? Any recommendations in LA area will be helpful!
