Hey folks, I am on day two trying to get this remote start to work. I have contacted customer support pretty sure they don't respond on the weekend which is understandable. When I start the process I get the flashing red lights on step 1 but no green lights on step two. I have tried resetting the module multiple times with no luck of going back through the process. I never get the green lights on step two. I have verified all harness connections multiple times. Anyone else have this problem and if so how did you resolve it. Just trying to prevent me from having to put it all back together and just pull it all back apart tomorrow. Thanks!

Ok, Been doing tech support over email.. Fun. They had me snip the two loops going into the OBD port harness and wire tie them all together. Now I get the first set of green lights when you first turn it on. The third step of programming the module is a no go when I turn on the truck let it run press the break, hit the button, No lights at all. more emails into tech support.

    Hmm . . . none as yet, that's why i'm here . . .
I have the Accessorides set up and had issue with programming the remotes I had to do The following and the key word is
    IMMEDIATELY.
    Remote Programming

    - Have both remotes handy and make sure the antenna is plugged into the BLUE port on the module.

    - Press unlock on your OEM remote

    - Cycle the key on / off 5 times leaving it in the ON position the 5th time (module light comes on red) - IMMEDIATELY press and release the button on one remote (if you got the 2-way system do that remote first), and then press and release the button on the other remote.

    - The module light will flip from red to green and back to red to confirm each remote. Once the module light is out you are out of programming mode and will have to start over.

yoteslayer31, did you ever get a fix and can you post pics of what they had you do? I am currently having this same issue myself. I'm hoping I just got a bad module. I really don't want to splice any wires.
