10 spline lug nut key needed?

    Hello. My brother in law is trying to find a lug nut key for his after market wheels. It appears to be a 10 spline (I know nothing about cars) and he's tried the Bimecc TA 20 19/21 and the TA 23 21/22. The one is too small and the other is too large. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
