I put my new JBA UCAs in last night and went ahead and put in some 1/4" spacers too just get a bit more lift. Everything I read said I shouldnt need new bolts/studs as long as I kept to a 1/4" but I'm a little uncomfortable with how little threads the nuts have on them, they are not threaded all the way down the "flange" at the bottom, just the nut part on top. Nuts snugged up fine but what do you guys think, maybe need to swap them out for new nuts? I guess there is no real load on on these bolts, just keep the shock seated when fully extended?

I would buy longer bolts, but new nuts would probably be fine. I wouldn't leave it the way it is.

That's fine. If you had 1/2" spacers, then you'd need new studs

Rule of thumb for thread protrusion is 1 1/2-2 threads.

When I did a 1/4 spacer, I also replaced the studs and nuts and haven't had any issues fwiw...

The issue really is the nuts not being fully threaded. There is plenty of stud sticking up, but the lower part of the nut has no threads.

1.75" Billy's plus 1/4 spacer on both sides. 1" block in rear. 265/70/17 nitto g2 SCS matte dark bronze 6s
I have had this exact setup for 3 years and no issue. I marked the nuts just to be sure. No worries.

When I put the TRD Pro Suspension on I got new Nylock nuts from Wheelers
Even with 1/4 in spacer added I have lots of threads remaining.

I'm going to pull one off and see if I can get a set of nylock nuts from Lowes. Are those stainless?

    Edit: Nevermind, found them.
