If you have factory wheels, they are hub centric and if you aftermarket wheels which should also be hub centric. The spacer will inhibit the wheel from sitting on the hub correctly and could cause wheel vibrations.

I can think of many reasons why they're a bad idea, I'm struggling to think of a single reason they're a good idea.

It's easier if we debunk why you think they're good rather than write you a 10 page engineering whitepaper on why they're retarded.

they are not OEM. I bought the truck with them on it. Only thing even hinting to brand is "prime-ks" in the casting on back side.

I'm wanting to add spindle gussets, but dont want to use 1 inch + spacers, as I like the look I have.

I tried a set like that on my Wrangler many years ago. They were so badly machined you could actually see the tire wobble as you drove.

it will give you less thread engagement which is the real downside and why I would never use them. If you want spacers get some that are hub centric and bolt on like spidertrax or Bora if I spelled those right. I have spidertrax and have had no issues. Just install them correctly.

I do, lower LCA in the back, small spot when at full lock, but I'm wanting to add spindle gussets, but dont want to use 1 inch + spacers, as I like the look I have.
