You've got lane departure on and you've been crossing the lanes. It thinks you're sleepy. You can turn off lane departure and you won't see it.

It tells you the time until you should rest. It's timed at something like 6 hours and it resets anytime you turn the truck off. It never reached 0 on my 3000 mile roadtrip because I had to stop at gas stations for gas too often. It's useless.

The "time to rest" the above comment is referring to is a different warning and not the one on your display.

I got ours to come on in 15 minutes driving down a winding ski hill during the off-season.

Are you sure it's the same thing? The time until rest is always available on the info display even with lane departure off and in my limited use seems to be a static time countdown.

Yep. It went from green to either orange or red. There was lots of road bikers on the road and I was having to cross the center lane as we passed them, the lane assist was going off constantly. I would have turned it off but I was curious what would happen. Granted this was on my wife's rav4, but I assume it's the same.

I've had the warning come up before too. Maybe its the same thing. It may just be a countdown if you are driving normally or with lane depart off, but with it on it brings the warning screen up if you sway back and forth.

You can literally push a button on the steering wheel one time and never see it come up again as long as you own the truck.

    Yeah.
LOL, yeah. And put it on something cool like the pitch/yaw thingy. That is a cool gauge. I turned off lane departure and all that other stuff.

For whatever reason, I'm fascinated watching the tire pressures currently. I'll switch to something else eventually, but for now, it's what I'm watching the entire time.

    Yeah.
I do the same thing, change it up from time to time and leave it for a bit. Kind of disappointed that I can't set the nav voice to Yeti like my old Garmin. I miss Yeti.
