Yeah, I’ve heard of the joint off Forest Hill. Never been over there though. I did do a sorta kinda walk through of CCDR a year ago. Thought about joining but have yet to get back down there. That said, I’m trying to get out to the mountains in the next few weeks hopefully. Do some forest roads out that way.

I just joke ever since my father in law was saying I had such a silly little truck that would break if it tried to haul anything serious, like his fifth wheel in his F350 gasser (that he brags about). I really wanted to be an ass and explain that his pin weight is far less than the weight I regularly haul on my truck. (it's a small fifth wheel he has). I can't wait to get the F450 and tell him this is what a real truck is, not his toy as he considers mine.

Had slated to do a bunch of work to the super tenere today. But realized I didnt have the right size spanner wrench for the fork caps on the tenere to do the fork seal/bushing/oil change. Then I looked at the process and I might end up having to sort some type of spring compressor to get everything apart. Good thing i took inventory before taking things apart.

Now do I want to get ambitious and change oil in the rear shock and recharge it as well?

Do you have a nitrogen tank and vacuum bleeder? Or plan to bleed it by hand?

I was going to go for a nice ride today, but I woke up to it raining. Not long after getting up the rain turned to snow. My street bike with performance tires doesn't do well in the snow. My dirt bike gets a little squirrely in the snow.

Picked up a new battery for the Honda CB400F after work Friday. Filled it, charged it then after it was fully charged installed it this morning. Rained overnight and on and off until after lunchtime today. Once it stopped I managed to sneak in 130 miles on the 2014 FJR hitting 10 Team Strange grand tour locations and 1 GLMC location.

hand bleed and NO2 cartridges (like mini co2 cartridges) via tire cartridge pump to fill bladder to slightly above spec and then bleed off pressure down to desired amount via high pressure shock pump. Worked well for my dirtbike shock fluid change not long ago.

On the ferry headed home. Came over to Kingston to ride with my brother. We went out and saw my mom and went to lunch. Nice out but still a little chilly.
