Another day of using the truck for truck stuff. I was able to squeeze a few more things in there after I took the pic. Backseat/goose gear area was full again too.

    ohhh!

While we were leaving the movies today I saw someone checking out my tires lol.

We were too far away to say anything and I didn’t when we walked by each other. He was talking about 33s to his lady friend. Was pretty funny

Hahah already turning heads! That’s awesome.

I’m gonna have to look into these new Coopers. I see they have them already in 285/75/16.

Oh yeah I wasn’t gonna switch to those,
I was just surprised to see a new tire from them when they already have so many off road/all terrain offerings.

I was at the parking lot waiting in my truck for pizza to be ready, a guy was looking at my truck while admiring.... he came up to me on my driver side window.. he said "your truck is bad ass... and I was wondering what company the roof rack is from?" I wrote down the company on the paper and gave it to him.

Then about 2 months ago, I had a delivery guy came to my house, I was in the garage, the guy said your truck is awesome and he showed me the front end of my truck that looks aggressive which he likes it a lot. I told him, I plan to get an aftermarket bumper which it will change the look big time. He got jealous and then he left.

I have had people looking at my truck all the time since I have added the mods to my truck. I have more mods to be added soon.

Looks so good man! I go back and forth on doing a rear seat delete. Most of time the time its just me, one other person, and my dog, so in that scenario a rear seat delete would be fantastic. But a few times a year I fill all the seats in the truck so I have yet to commit to deleting the seat altogether.

I bet they're similar to the old Discoverer AT3 XLT with less sidewall plies, but tirerack has the 285/75R16 Stronghold listed at 53lbs... That's pretty compelling to me. Looks like pretty decent siping and water evacuation channels too, plus good sidewall lugs. Also snow rated. Unfortunately I just got tires LOL.

yeah I totally feel ya. I can count on one hand the number of times I’ve had people in the backseat since I bought the truck. So it was a pretty easy decision for me because it’s really just the dogs back there.

I seldom have folks in the back seat, but I do on our snowshoe trips every winter, so I'm going to be designing a way to have a platform easily removable. I always know when I'll have rear seat passengers, so it will be easy to take the time to swap a few days prior.

That’s a good idea. I spent a lot of time reading through the rear seat delete thread on here but I don’t have anywhere near enough skill to make one my own. I wasn’t going to spend the cash on a new Goose Gear set up but once I saw a used one go up for sale it was a no brainer.

Well I haven’t posted any updates in a while, been working a lot of not playing much while I get ready for our upcoming cross-country trip.

I just purchased DDI Seat Jackers for the front passenger seat (I’ve had them for my seat for a couple years now). It’s not exciting but gotta keep my navigator comfy on long trips lol

I’ll have another exciting update in a few weeks :D

I definitely would if I was!

We’re going across the north of the US but I’ll keep that in mind if/when I’m ever out that way.
