This stuff works as advertised, to remove brake dust and dried mud off your tires (as long as the mud isn’t really thick or heavy, might want to power wash them first to get the worst of it off then use this stuff). It simply returns the tires to a factory color, nothing black about it, not like you wiped them with tire black. But I don’t like that stuff anyway as it is to much upkeep. So the factory color does me fine.
The only negative is, there isn’t much liquid in the bottle and by the time you do four 20” tires, boom, you have shot through half the bottle. He needs to provide a gallon bottle to purchase to refill this small bottle.
P.S. I do not wash my tires before using this stuff. I just spray on then scrub with a stiff brush and hose off. That seems to do the trick.
