I highly recommend it.
Addendum: After filing the slot for 10 minutes I got it to fit the heavy spring. Now I'm left wondering "On what vehicle is this a better option than a long nose locking pliers?"

Handy to have when doing the rear brakes on my 2014 F150.
Them little spring clips are a breeze with this tool.
It’s well worth the $20 if you like the skin on your knuckles.
