Very small so easy to fit behind the dash, clear instructions, worked as described using speaker wire as the trigger. Just one note: The 6 volts DC that is present between the speaker output on the factory stereo and ground stays on for about 30 seconds after the radio goes off. Also it will turn back on when remotely unlocking the doors. It will turn back off again though if you don't start the car. This has not caused any problem and seems to be normal operation of CAN-BUS systems in newer vehicles.

It states that the green wire should be attached to low voltage speaker wire, I hoped it would work to allow remote-on wire from aftermarket pioneer head unit to turn on multiple audio components. I hooked up to amplifiers (2), an electronic crossover, and 12 volt power block with digital voltage display to blue wire and it worked (so fare so good). I never knew that a remote out wire should really only be used for one remote-on audio comp. so this is new to me, glad I found it. I made a relay but felt it was a bit wonky and possible source of noise in system.

Used this when the amp wire wasn't working for my head-unit so that i could use another acc power.
Works exactly as it should, my subwoofer doesn't pop when i turn on the truck.

Note one thing for me: It does not reset instantly. So if you turn it on and turn the signal off and then back on again it quickly, it will not time delay. This is due to its design which is how any delay using a capacitor is going to work.

It does not operate properly when input signal is low. It may be OK for amplified application.

Worked perfectly for me. I wired an amplifier and new speakers from my factory head unit which does not have a remote wire output for the amp. So I purchased this to act as a remote signal. I connected all of the power leads directly to my amplifier and then spliced the blue wire into a pre-amp speaker wire. Now my amp turns on when the radio turns on and there is no more loud pop due to the delay.

I would highly recommend this to anybody without a remote wire on their head unit.

5.0 out of 5 stars Grande, feo, bromoso y sin estilo pero Me encantó
Reviewed in Mexico on October 11, 2017
