ARE CX-HD with FrontRunner rack

Question, I'm looking to get the ARE CX HD also can you tell if is possible to add another cross bar? I have the CVT MT Denali (CVTs biggest tent) and i want a shell and notice the CX HD.
any info will help thanks. ps. sick rig..

Hi, I have the ARE CX HD as well. I really like how you mounted the FrontRunner Bed Rack to the HD Load Bars. Can you tell me about the hardware you used? Did it come with the mounts? What about the spacers? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I ordered the Front Runner Thule Slotted Rack Adaptors as the main pieces: https://www.frontrunneroutfitters.c...aptor-plates-for-thule-slotted-load-bars.html

Get some T-nut/slot nuts to slide into the bars.

Also 1" aluminum spacers to raise the rack to match the front cab rack. A bunch of washers and bolts as well - some of the parts from the ARE bars are reusable on the install.

It took about 3 hours to attach due to having to free-ball the install.

Good info, and thank you for the link. I'll find some T-nuts at the hardware store, or maybe Amazon. Any particular size? 1" spacer! That's what I needed. Also, do you have the regular front Cab Rack or the Slimline low profile in the front? Thanks again for your help!

Hi again, still trying to get the courage to pull the trigger on this bed rack. I saw from a previous post that the length of the rack is 69". What is the width of the rack? Thanks again!

Just measured - the rack is 69" long by 49.5" wide.
I just checked as well, I used a 1/2" spacer from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00KRJ8ZKQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
sandwiched between (2) 2" washers. I have the slimline cab rack from FR.
