Is it possible for your trucks build according to the temp vin changes once it’s actually built? As far as factory accessories? I’m not talking about premium packages just the tonneau cover/steps etc

I’m getting quoted an MSRP based on a non built truck, but it’s allocated with a temp vin.

I am open to white and army green. The greys are out as my wife has a gray 4R and the color is just not for me. I do appreciate that information though, good looking out.

@Rod03 I hate to ask again, but would you be able to provide any info on my temp VIN of 3TMCZ5AN6NM13C909? My dealer is telling me that it was built, but there is an issue with transportation. VSPEC still working for the temp VIN. They said they have no further info. The sales guy also seems to think this temp VIN is the permanent VIN. I'm not sure if he's just new or what. Starting to have major doubts with this dealer.

Ordered my 2nd Taco on March 12th. Still no dealer allocation - 7 weeks today.

Have a good trade value on the Vehicle Purchase Agreement so being patient.

    Getting a bit worried.

Tri-state NY area 40 miles from NYC in Northern Jersey Crestmont Toyota is selling at msrp which is unheard of anywhere within 200 miles of NYC. No bs dealer. Not sure if they have any un claimed Tacomas but if your willing to wait a little while and order one it might be your best bet if you don't want to drive 5 hours for an msrp dealer. They have 3 listed on their website sr5s. They took my off rd down 20 min after I put my deposit down.

I've been researching which aftermarket mods I want to go with to pass the wait time for my Tacoma such as lift kits, rims, tires, rock sliders, etc.

I called and priced out the TRD Lift Kit this morning with my dealer's parts & service department: $1450 lift kit + $700 labor (includes alignment and calibration).

Appearance of my vehicle app changed a few minutes ago, but no tire pressure data. The newer app doesn't display fuel or mileage anymore?

Finally vspec shows no eta but F>G last night. My app alerted me at 12:30am saying doors were unlocked with tire pressure updated and with 1 mile on the truck. My sales dude called me this morning at 9am saying its here and available whenever I'm ready. I traded in my 2013 Tacoma Trd sports for this beauty 2022 Army Green 4WD. Time to install all my goodies
    Deposit same day 2/17 Allocation
    Told 3/26 Production date
Been delay many times but Built 4/23
    Pickup 4/30

I ordered/paid earnest money on my Army Green TRD Sport on March 20. The dealer told me anywhere from 3-4 months. I'm hopeful by mid-to-late summer, but the Toyota website shows all colors sold out! My dealership has $1,000 of my money and I'm hoping to get a truck before the 2023 models start arriving, but I'm not going to hold my breath. Damn supply chain issues and parts shortage is starting to piss me off!

and managed to squeeze her in next to the charger for the night after 6 hours rearranging the garage. Read too many post on TW about stolen Tacos.
