Makes sense. I'll be closely watching it tomorrow. If there could be one more day of drop at open I'll prob jump in for at least a few hundred.

 

Does anyone else change their mind and cancel orders all the time that they put in or is it just me?

 

Oh I'm a meddlin' fool. Can't let anything just sit. It's why i try and stay out of the day trading arena all together.

 

If I put in a market order and it doesn't immediately fill I will cancel it. This happened with SCKT earlier this week...luckily

Limit orders I usually don't second guess but then regret later

 

This is why I set low ball orders and don't chase...
I've been watching another LONG $25 $PLTR call not execute because the Ask was $12.85 and I'm bidding $12.50. That $35 is the rubicon. I've already got 2 at $12.70...And Now my game is average down.
If $PLTR falls more tomorrow...I'll average down.
I sold a $BABA call at a $30 profit to buy one of these calls..

On these that you buy super far out. How long do you usually hold them? I know it depends but just wondering.

Ideally the stock recovers to $35-$40 between now and September and I close them at 2x...If the stock rockets and goes $50+ and I own the $25 my value is now a 100% exchange and free shares. The Call would be worth $2500+ and the execution price is $2500 so You sell 1 one and execute the other and get 100 shares of $PLTR @$50 for a cost of $2540.

 

I had a good time with Intel...
When there's a dip, a LONG call can yield big profits...Like 2x your money. I played multiple intel dips And you can see my average down of the 715 to 495

 

I didn't watch the video but from the screenshot, I don't think they are doing that correctly

 

1. If they call it Gamestock one more time their floor should open up and drop them on sharks with laser beams..

2. It's NOT manipulating to BUY SHARES....It's literally what the market exists for. They keep calling retail buying 'manipulating'. Naked shorting is manipulating.
