    Don’t think this fits 2015.

Would this be a plug and play on my 18 SR? Or do I need an antenna for XM radio and Navigation?

I’m not too sure if it would be straight plug and play

Plug and play for SR5? Can anyone answer this question?

I got the same one and installed it on my SR5. It should be plug in play as the SR5 radio already has navigation and XM. The best way to know is to check the bottom lip of your SR5 radio where it should say "XM radio, HD, etc."

Edit: the hardest thing to get for the swap is the larger bezel for the new radio. Almost impossible to find second hand and the cheapest I've found it online is $211

Do I need to buy a new bezel or trim?

I've been reading up on this because I want one too (Sorry OP I don't have the money but Free Bump). It's my understanding that if you have the EnTune+ (With XM Radio), It will be Plug-N-Play. And all you have to do is transfer the XM module from the "+" over to the "premium"(electronics part on the bottom of above PIC). Since the XM subscription is tagged to the module itself, you will not need to transfer subscriptions to the new HU. Back-Up camera and GPS plugs right in.

I read where someone else was able to trim their old bezel and make it work?

The transfer is a simple plug and play just like you stated for the Entune + to Entune Premium. Trimming the bezel is pretty difficult and looks really janky. That's what I did but I was able to find the Premium bezel on eBay for a steal so I'll be replacing it soon.
