Need more space to haul large objects when going on a trip such as a bike, luggage, rack, or even a RTT. Well here is your solution, a bed bar system that will fit over the tonneau cover and still allow you to roll the cover up for access!

Brackets will be made from 3/16" thick steel, CNC laser cut and powder coated black.

Cross bar is 1-1/2" square 80/20 for endless mount options.

Will include all necessary hardware, gasket and instructions for installation.

These bed bars are rated to 250# load in motion, 500# load at rest.

Will work with soft, roll over cover as well as tri-fold or full lift cover. To use on tri-fold or full lift cover you'll need to slide the 80/20 out one side of the bracket. Simple step, just remove one bolt and it slides out, no need to remove brackets from bed side.

What pictures does everyone want to see? Unfortunately, we haven't found a RTT to put on them.

I'd be interested in seeing a bike mounted on the rails.

Very easy. We designed them with tri-fold covers in mind.

These crossbars should work like any other crossbar from a branded name. Whatever you place on the branded can be place here. The crossbar look square, so probably something like Thule or Inno is close.
Brackets are customade as I see in the pics, so they are bolted to the inner rails of the bed, then go up, 90 degrees bent to rails in the bed sides and then up in a like 70 degrees where the crossbar is bolted.
Probably with this some questions are answered.
I am talking this just by the pictures I saw in the post.
